What types of projects can be financed?

Academics

Université Paris Cité wishes to internationalise its study programmes and offer courses on Circle U.’s Open Campus. The content supported must involve at least one partner from the alliance and be open to all students in the Circle U. community. The focus is on online or hybrid modules, synchronous or asynchronous, sustainable and accessible, particularly in the alliance’s strategic themes (global health, democracy, climate, AI).
This call for proposals may fund, for example: working meetings with partners, the organisation of co-construction workshops or seminars, hosting partners in Paris, and teaching and research missions to alliance universities. The logistical and communication expenses necessary for these activities are eligible.

This call for proposals works in conjunction with the PAcIForm programme to support the internationalisation of training courses, launched by Université Paris Cité.

Admin staff

L’Université Paris Cité encourages exchanges and collaboration between all Circle U. administrative staff. As part of this call for proposals, you can fund:
• Training that would be open to part or all of the Circle U community (students / administrative staff / teaching and research staff)
• A staff week during which you could welcome your Circle U. colleagues, present your department and exchange best practices

Please note that projects must be led by staff members of Université Paris Cité. If the project is selected, the funds must be managed independently by their department and spent before 31 December 2026.

How can we support you?

The university’s Circle U. team can help you in:
– Defining your project and finding partners if necessary
– Funding relevant training (e.g. training in creating hybrid or asynchronous courses)
– Organising an event (meetings, workshops…)
– Communicating around your projects
– Registering the applicants
