Circle U. and academics

The European alliance Circle U. and Université Paris Cité have developed a series of initiatives to support and foster collaboration between their academic and administrative staff at a European level. Several calls for proposals are launched throughout the year and special meetings are organised on a regular basis. A Circle U. team is also based at the university to provide support and expertise in bringing new projects to fruition in conjunction with its partners and key themes.

Call for projects

Circle U. and Université Paris Cité launch several calls for proposals throughout the year to support projects of all their members of staff. Thanks to these calls, a number of projects have already been launched within our university, such as the CU.Lympics hybrid course programme, the BRIDGE anti-discrimination programme, and many others…

Bottom Up fund of Université Paris Cité

The Bottom Up fund was set up by Université Paris Cité to support academics who wish to build a project within Circle U. by allowing them to meet with their partners to implement it. It is launched every semester.

It funds up to €10,000 education or research projects  involving at least three Circle U. universities (including UPCité). The call for applications is launched every year before the summer and remains open to the entire UPCité community until the start of the new academic year.

Call ED&I: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

The call funds up to €4,000 innovative projects promoting equity, diversity and inclusion within the university. It is launched each year at the start of the first semester and is open to the entire UPCité community.
